Doug and Lorraine have been building homes in the Sylvan Lake area since 2003 and have lived in the Sylvan Lake/Red Deer area since 1999. We are proud to be a part of the wonderful, growing community of Sylvan Lake and so very excited to finally be developing Sixty West, Waterford Station and BrightWater Living. This is a dream realized after many years of planning and with the invaluable support of the people of this area. 

Together they bring years of combined home building experience, as well Doug's background in business and business development, and Lorraine's passion for design and skill. Each aspect of home building and community development is very carefully considered to bring harmony between the natural surroundings and structures, as well as expand the amenities, recreation, lifestyle/home options and of course, bring people together.
